CRM audit
You look at the report, do not believe it and end up deciding by gut.

We take responsibility for the account: breakages are fixed out of turn, improvements move in a queue, and at any moment you can see what is done and what is next.
If you recognise your team in even one of these lines, this is our job.
«The integrator vanished and the telephony died on Friday evening»
«A new manager keeps deals in a notebook because nobody trained them»
«A bot that ran for a year quietly stopped, and nobody noticed»
«The list of fixes piles up for months and belongs to nobody»
Every step ends with something in your hands. None of them ends with “we are working on it”.
We look at what is configured, what is broken and what is configured but unused. It is a short audit, and it is part of the first month.
Result: a map of the account and the debt list we start from
One channel for requests, clear priorities and a shared definition of urgent. A request in someone’s DMs gets lost; a request in the channel does not.
Result: you know where to write and what happens next
Breakages come first: while the telephony is down, everything else waits. Improvements move in a queue, and you see what is done and what is next.
Result: breakages closed, improvements queued, the work is visible
Every newcomer gets an intro session and the same written guide left after the implementation. The team does not relearn everything twice a year.
Result: a newcomer works in the CRM from week one, not month two
Once a month we look at the numbers together: where the funnel stalled, what the fixes changed and what we do next. A conversation about facts, not moods.
Result: decisions based on numbers and a fix list for next month
The CRM does not fall apart over time, and there is someone to ask.
It stays even without us: the access is yours, the data is yours, and the guide is written in your team’s own words.
On the account we reviewed, some stages turned out to be parking spots: a deal there is not moving towards a sale, it is waiting. The stock report counted them as steps, and conversion collapsed for no reason at all.
Same deals, same period. Parking stages are excluded from the calculation, and the funnel became honest. How we count and where we got it wrong ourselves.
anonymised property developer account · 13-stage pipeline · July 2026 · base of 32,478 deals, 3,240 transitions · method: conversion between adjacent stages
An account for five people and an account with seven years of history are different jobs, and a “from” price would lie about both. We review the task, quote a price and a timeline, and they do not change afterwards.
We have clients and are asking for permission to publish. Until we have it we name the industry, the size of the account and the numbers — but not the company.
We do not promise growth we have not measured: it also depends on how the team works the process we set up. We answer for what is visible in the account: where a lead goes, how fast it gets a reply, what the fields hold.
You look at the report, do not believe it and end up deciding by gut.
Either there is no CRM, or there is one and the deals still live in spreadsheets and chats.
The widget you need is not in the marketplace, and the one that is does the wrong thing and never gets fixed.
Tell us what happens now and what should happen instead. If a half-hour setting solves it, we say so and send no invoice.
In reply we say what we would do, what we would not and what we need from your side. No account access is required at this point.
