The whole team sees every won deal — in amoCRM tabs and on the office screen
A deal moves to “Closed – won” and the bell re-reads it in amoCRM and shows a congratulation: the owner’s photo and name, the amount, a sound and confetti. The manager does not press anything. The office TV shows the same news, and between wins — the day’s results, the leaders and the team goal.
version 1.2.2 of 02.10.2026 — the bell’s widget/manifest.json · price — lib/pricing.ts, the AMOBELL block · features checked against the bell’s code on 02.10.2026
First, what is missing. The bell is not in the amoCRM marketplace — we install it as a private integration together with your administrator. So far it runs on 1 live amoCRM account, and there are no reviews. Of the 22 plan features, 7 are not with clients yet — they are marked “soon” below.
Does this sound like your sales team?
“So who sold today?”
The whole team sees the win within the minute: name, photo and amount — in amoCRM tabs and on the screen. No asking in the chat, no waiting for a report.
amoCRM tabs and the TV
“Closed a deal — and nobody noticed”
The bell needs no message from the manager: the source is the deal moving to “Closed – won” itself. The congratulation arrives even if the manager forgot to say.
amoCRM webhook
“The office TV is off or plays adverts”
The screen shows the day’s result, the leaders, the goal and a feed of wins, with your slides or video behind them. It opens in the TV’s browser, no computer next to it.
TV screen
“We praise people once a month at the meeting”
Leaders of the day, week or month and progress to the goal are always in view, not in a report at the end of the period. Whoever is behind sees how much is left while there is still time.

How a congratulation reaches the team
Four steps from a won deal to the screen. The manager takes no part in them.
A deal moves to “Closed – won”
amoCRM tells the bell about the move itself. The stage is shared by every pipeline, so there is nothing to set up per pipeline.
Result: the source is the sale itself, not a manager’s message.
The bell re-reads the deal
The amoCRM message is only a trigger: the bell takes the owner and the amount from the deal itself. Repeats of the same event and junk are filtered out.
Result: one sale, one congratulation, with the real amount.
The server decides who sees it
“Show to” in tabs — everyone, the owner, administrators only or nobody. “Who we congratulate” — everyone or chosen users and amoCRM groups. The TV shows everything.
Result: the server enforces the rule, not a checkbox in the manager’s browser.
The congratulation on screen
On the TV — 1–10 seconds after the move, in an amoCRM tab — at the next poll, every 15 seconds. Several wins in a row queue up; a long queue folds into one summary card.
Result: the whole team sees the win while it is still news.
estimate, not a measurement · delay is a calculation from the polling interval, not a measurement: the TV asks for new wins every 10 seconds, an amoCRM tab every 15 seconds (the bell’s src/realtime/pulse.ts) · no end-to-end measurement on a live account yet · instant delivery is in Pro, coming soon

What the bell does today
Everything on this list is in the version clients run today. What is not there yet is below, as a separate list.
Congratulation in amoCRM tabs
Photo or initials, name, amount — it can be hidden — sound and confetti. The card sits on top of any CRM page and leaves by itself.
TV screen via a secret link
A short link opens in the TV’s browser without signing in to amoCRM. Reissue the link and the old one stops working at once.
Your logo and your background
Your company logo and name in the screen header. The background — a colour, a picture, slides or YouTube and MP4 videos in turn, with or without sound. Theme — auto, light or dark.
The screen between wins
Clock and date, Today — deals and amount for the day, leaders of the day, week or month, a daily or monthly goal, a feed of the latest 3–8 deals. What to show and in which order — by checkboxes.
Screensaver and voice
An intro when the screen opens and a voice congratulation — your own file, up to 5 minutes. The melody and the confetti switch on separately.
A QR in the screen corner
A remote for manual congratulations: pick an employee and an amount on your phone. Or your own link with a caption — say, to the company website for guests. Manual congratulations do not count towards the day, the leaders or the goal.
A deal field on the TV card
One field with a list of values or a number — a project or a property type, for example. A text field cannot be chosen: people type buyers’ names and phone numbers into those.
17 languages and 16 currencies on screen
The TV language and currency are screen settings, not the amoCRM language; Arabic runs right to left. Settings and the tab card are in Russian and English.
Several screens
Pro planUp to 10 screens, each with its own name, link, remote, widgets, amounts, pipelines and a text overlay of up to 80 characters. The sales floor, the director’s office and the lobby are different screens of one account.
Plan vs actual per manager
Pro planA monthly plan for every manager or team — as an amount or a deal count. The TV shows progress bars, percentages and the team total; with amounts hidden, only percentages and deals. Last month’s plan copies with one button.
Contests and sprints
Pro planA contest for a day, a week, a month or custom dates: by deal count or amount, for everyone, teams or chosen people, with a “first to X” target and a prize. The TV shows a countdown and standings, the winner gets a full-screen congratulation, and results at the end.
Live funnel and event ticker
Pro planPipeline stages across a full screen row: deals now and moves over a day, week or month, conversion. A new lead flies in as a dot, a move flies between stages. At the bottom, an event ticker: “New lead”, “Meeting scheduled”, “Contract signed”. No client names.
Pulse of the day and records
Pro plan“Pulse of the day” — today’s new leads with a heartbeat and an hourly chart vs yesterday. “Record!” — its own congratulation when a team or manager day or month record falls, plus plan milestones of 50, 100, 120 and 150 %. A deal moved back out of “won” quietly fixes the record and the numbers.
Old TV sets
A Smart TV browser that cannot run the regular screen gets a lite one — the same screen without the intro. Tested on a 2017 Samsung. For old TVs we recommend MP4 video: they can no longer handle YouTube.
The screen heals itself
An update ships — the screen reloads itself when no congratulation is on it. The connection drops — it reconnects. Nobody has to walk up to the TV with a remote.
Who we congratulate
Everyone or chosen users and amoCRM groups. A win by someone not chosen is recorded in the history but does not ring.

The office screen shows only your employee and the amount
Visitors see the TV. So the buyer’s data never reaches the screen under any setting — it is not in what the bell stores.
What is shown
- the owner’s name and photo
- the deal amount — it can be hidden, separately for each TV screen
- the value of one list or number field, if you chose one
- how many minutes ago the deal was won
What is never shown
- the deal name
- the buyer’s contact and company
- phone, email, notes and messages
- text fields of the deal — even if an administrator asks
What the bell stores
- the deal number, amount and time of the win
- the owner’s name and the uploaded photo
- the chosen field value, up to 80 characters
- we neither store the webhook body nor log it
the bell’s CLAUDE.md, sections 2, 5 and 11; the deal field — the decision log docs/РЕШЕНИЯ.md, item 49: list, multi-list, toggle and number only
What the bell will not do yet
No amoCRM marketplace listing
The bell is installed as a private integration in your account. Your administrator does it by our instructions, with us on the line.
No instant delivery
The screen asks for new wins instead of being pushed: up to 10 seconds on the TV, up to 15 seconds in a tab. Instant delivery is in Pro, coming soon.
No check on every amoCRM plan
Tested on the amoCRM “Extended” plan, which has the webhooks API. On other plans we connect via “Send webhook” in the digital pipeline — send us your subdomain and we check it on your account before you pay.
No sound before the first click
This is a browser rule, not ours: a tab asks to “Turn on sound”, and on the TV someone presses the button with the remote once.
No Kommo check
The bell is built and tested for amoCRM. It has not been run in Kommo — we will not promise it until we check.
No offer of its own
The public offer and the privacy policy on the site are written for Analytics so far. The bell’s terms — period, refund, data — come by email with the invoice, before payment.
You pay per account — from $25 a month
The price does not depend on the number of managers: five people in the team or fifty, the bill is the same.
Base
$25 / month per account
half a year — $135 (−10%) · a year — $240 (−20%)
Congratulations in amoCRM tabs and one TV screen with every panel: today, goal, leaders, feed, screensaver, QR remote, deal field.
Soon: congratulation in a Telegram group.
Pro
$50 / month per account
half a year — $240 (−20%) · a year — $300 (−50%)
Everything in Base and up to 10 TV screens, each with its own widgets, pipelines, amounts and text overlay.
Soon: calls and meetings on screen; day, week and month results, hero of the week; manager achievements; instant congratulation delivery; TV screen without the KLASTER logo; alert when a TV screen goes offline.
The trial is 14 days with Pro open; the bell counts it itself, no key needed. When the paid period ends, congratulations keep coming for 3 days more, then the bell goes quiet and the TV says “paused”. All plans, currencies and the plan comparison.

We connect it in four steps
While the bell is not in the amoCRM marketplace, it is installed as a private integration. No developer and no spec — just your account administrator.
You send us the plan, period and subdomain
You get an invoice in reply. Want to try it first — say so: the bell counts the trial itself.
Result: you know the amount before the installation, not after.
Your administrator creates a private integration
In amoCRM: amoMarket → “Create integration” → “Private”, the bell’s archive comes from us. amoCRM confirms it with a code sent to the account owner’s email: you enter it, not us.
Result: the bell sits in your account and can be removed in the same place.
We connect and check
We link the integration to the bell and subscribe to won deals. The “Test” button in the settings shows a test congratulation — it does not count towards the results. At first only administrators see congratulations: you switch “Show to” yourself.
Result: the first congratulation appears in front of you, without a real deal.
You open the link on the TV
The short link is in the “TV screen” settings tab, with its QR next to it. Press “Turn on sound” once with the TV remote.
Result: the screen runs by itself; nobody needs to reload it.
Asked before installing
We answer in writing so the call does not start here.
Do we need a computer next to the TV?
No. The screen opens in the TV’s own browser via a short link. Old Smart TVs get a lite screen; a TV without a browser needs a set-top box or HDMI from a laptop.
What will office visitors see on the screen?
Your manager’s name and photo and the amount, unless you hid it. The deal name, the buyer’s name and phone are not on the screen under any setting.
Who sees congratulations in amoCRM tabs?
Whoever you choose: everyone, the owner only, administrators only or nobody. After connection it is set to administrators only — so the bell does not ring for the whole team before you have checked it.
How soon does the congratulation appear?
On the TV — 1–10 seconds after the deal moves, in a tab — at the next poll, every 15 seconds. That is a calculation from the polling interval; we have not published an end-to-end measurement on a live account yet.
Can we congratulate by hand — say, for a cash payment?
Yes, from the QR remote on the screen: pick an employee, enter an amount. It rings like a normal one but does not count towards Today, the leaders or the goal — anyone can type an amount on the remote.
Will congratulations go to Telegram?
Soon. A congratulation in the team’s Telegram group is part of Base too, but clients do not have it yet. When we switch it on, the “soon” mark disappears from this page and the pricing.
Is the bell an amoCRM product?
No. KLASTER is an independent developer: the widget runs inside amoCRM, but amoCRM does not publish it and is not responsible for it. We are.
What does it cost with thirty managers?
The same as with three: the price is per amoCRM account, not per user. It changes only with the plan and the period.
Get your key
Tell us the plan, the period and your amoCRM subdomain. You get an invoice in reply; after payment — the key and the installation. The key is tied to the amoCRM account, not a person, and does not work in another account.
You cannot pay by card on the site: we have no payment provider. We invoice your company; crypto (USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), BTC) goes via support. We issue the key manually within a business day, and nothing is charged automatically.
