We build a widget for your task — or tell you a setting already solves it

Scope and price are fixed before the work starts, you see a working version on our own account before anything is installed at your end, and the source code and documentation come with the widget.

What people come to us with

If you recognise your team in even one of these lines, this is our job.

«Managers recount the same thing by hand in a spreadsheet every day»

«The ready-made widget covers half the task and breaks the other half»

«The developer disappeared together with the source code»

«After a CRM update the widget stopped opening»

What we do

How the work goes

Every step ends with something in your hands. None of them ends with “we are working on it”.

1

Take the task apart before any code

We ask what should happen on screen, who uses it every day and what gets in the way now. Some tasks close with a field, a rule or an existing report, and that shows up in the first conversation.

Result: a clear task and an answer on whether a widget is needed at all

2

Fix the scope and the price

We write down what goes into the first version and what waits. Scope and price are fixed before the work starts and do not creep afterwards.

Result: a first-version scope and a price that stays put

3

Build it and show it on our account

We build the widget and test it on our own amoCRM account. You see a working version before anything reaches your live account.

Result: a working version you see before it is installed at your end

4

Install it in your account

We install it, verify it against your data and permissions and show it to the people who will use it daily.

Result: the widget runs on your data and the team knows how to use it

5

Stay on after handover

amoCRM changes, we fix the widget. The source code and the docs are yours: you can carry on without us at any point.

Result: the code and docs are yours, CRM updates do not break the work

Discuss your own task

What you keep

A widget that does exactly your task, and code that stays with you.

It stays even without us: the access is yours, the data is yours, and the guide is written in your team’s own words.

What we have already built

We write our own amoCRM widgets, sell them on subscription and fix them ourselves. What is already on sale and what is still being built is marked on the shelf — no vague “coming soon”.

Our widgets

We have not built widgets for Bitrix24 yet. We implement and support it, but have no products of our own for it and do not promise timelines.

What you will not find here

A price on the shelf

An account for five people and an account with seven years of history are different jobs, and a “from” price would lie about both. We review the task, quote a price and a timeline, and they do not change afterwards.

Case studies with company names

We have clients and are asking for permission to publish. Until we have it we name the industry, the size of the account and the numbers — but not the company.

Sales growth percentages

We do not promise growth we have not measured: it also depends on how the team works the process we set up. We answer for what is visible in the account: where a lead goes, how fast it gets a reply, what the fields hold.

Other services

CRM audit

You look at the report, do not believe it and end up deciding by gut.

Implementation

Either there is no CRM, or there is one and the deals still live in spreadsheets and chats.

Support & maintenance

Implemented and left alone: the setup has drifted, newcomers improvise, there is nobody to ask.

Discuss your task

Tell us what happens now and what should happen instead. If a half-hour setting solves it, we say so and send no invoice.

What to write so the conversation gets somewhere

  • which CRM and how many people are in the team
  • what hurts: leads go missing, reports lie, the widget you need does not exist
  • what you already tried and how that ended

In reply we say what we would do, what we would not and what we need from your side. No account access is required at this point.
