Implementation
Either there is no CRM, or there is one and the deals still live in spreadsheets and chats.

We read the events in your account rather than stories about the process: who received deals, how often the owner changed, which fields are empty. Every finding carries a number and a measurement date.
If you recognise your team in even one of these lines, this is our job.
«The head of sales recounts conversion in a spreadsheet because he does not trust the CRM report»
«The ad account shows a lead, but nobody in the CRM ever saw it»
«A bot changes the owner and the deal lands on someone who does not sell»
«An employee left six months ago and deals are still assigned to them»
«Half the fields are empty and any breakdown falls apart on the first question»
Every step ends with something in your hands. None of them ends with “we are working on it”.
We need your subdomain and read access. We pull deals, events, fields and permissions to our side. Nothing in your account settings is touched.
Result: the account history is with us and your settings are untouched
We ask how a lead is supposed to move through the pipeline, then look at how it actually moves. The two pictures almost always differ.
Result: a list of gaps between the rulebook and the setup
We count who actually received deals, how often the owner changed and which fields can carry a breakdown at all. Not opinions — events from your account.
Result: numbers instead of gut feeling: where leads stall and who loses them
Every finding gets a price tag: how many leads a month it eats and how much time the head of sales spends on manual workarounds.
Result: findings sorted by the cost of the mistake, not alphabetically
We walk through the report with you, answer questions and sort the fixes into three piles: do now, do next month, do not do at all.
Result: a fix plan you can work from even without us
A report with numbers and priorities: what to fix first, what second and what it brings.
It stays even without us: the access is yours, the data is yours, and the guide is written in your team’s own words.
Findings from a real account: a property developer, 18 users, 7 years of history. The account is anonymised, the numbers are real.
The routing rule included a deactivated user with a 12% share. Nobody received those leads. The active employee with the same name was missing from the rule and got deals by hand.
In seven days the bot changed the owner 371 times, and 85 deals went to administrators. Administrators do not sell: those leads sat waiting for someone to notice.
In the same seven days the head of sales reassigned 128 deals by hand. Every reassignment costs a minute of his time and delays the reply to the customer.
The “source” field is filled in for 19% of deals, “refusal reason” for 41%. We do not build a source breakdown on such data; we show completeness instead.
anonymised property developer account · measured 19.08.2026 and 14.09.2026 · 69,567 deals, 240,031 stage transitions · owner changes counted from events over 7 days
An account for five people and an account with seven years of history are different jobs, and a “from” price would lie about both. We review the task, quote a price and a timeline, and they do not change afterwards.
We have clients and are asking for permission to publish. Until we have it we name the industry, the size of the account and the numbers — but not the company.
We do not promise growth we have not measured: it also depends on how the team works the process we set up. We answer for what is visible in the account: where a lead goes, how fast it gets a reply, what the fields hold.
Either there is no CRM, or there is one and the deals still live in spreadsheets and chats.
Implemented and left alone: the setup has drifted, newcomers improvise, there is nobody to ask.
The widget you need is not in the marketplace, and the one that is does the wrong thing and never gets fixed.
Tell us what happens now and what should happen instead. If a half-hour setting solves it, we say so and send no invoice.
In reply we say what we would do, what we would not and what we need from your side. No account access is required at this point.
