CRM audit
amoCRM and Bitrix24We go through your account and show in numbers where leads get lost and which reports you cannot trust.
When you need it. You look at the report, do not believe it and end up deciding by gut.
We start from what already happens in your account: who gets the leads, where they stall, which fields are empty. Then we shape the setup around the way you sell and stay on after launch. Every step ends with something you can hold, and every number carries its source.
estimate, not a measurement · companies on support and widgets built — company data as of 16.09.2026, not a public measurement
«Leads arrive in five different places and get lost on the way»
«A manager did not call back, and the customer went to someone who did»
«The CRM report and the manager’s spreadsheet have not matched for three months»
«Implemented a year ago; since then the setup has drifted»
«A bot hands deals to people who do not sell»
«The widget you need does not exist, so the team recounts it by hand»
All of it is fixed with settings, data and training — not with team motivation.
We go through your account and show in numbers where leads get lost and which reports you cannot trust.
When you need it. You look at the report, do not believe it and end up deciding by gut.
We build the CRM around your sales process, migrate the data and get the team actually working in it.
When you need it. Either there is no CRM, or there is one and the deals still live in spreadsheets and chats.
We run the CRM after launch: improvements, fixes and a monthly funnel review by the numbers.
When you need it. Implemented and left alone: the setup has drifted, newcomers improvise, there is nobody to ask.
We build a widget for your task — or tell you a setting already solves it.
When you need it. The widget you need is not in the marketplace, and the one that is does the wrong thing and never gets fixed.
We have our own line of amoCRM widgets on subscription, and we answer for it ourselves — after delivery and beyond. That is why we know the price of a bad setup from the inside.
After the implementation you see conversion at every stage, not one monthly percentage. Arguments about where sales stall end with a number.
If a field is filled in below 30%, we do not build a breakdown on it and say so plainly. A pretty chart on an empty field costs more than an honest gap.
How we count and where we got it wrong ourselves.
An account for five people and an account with seven years of history are different jobs. We quote after reviewing the task and never change the price midway.
We have clients and are asking for permission to publish. You will not find growth figures we have not measured: the service pages carry numbers from an anonymised account and a footnote saying where and when they were measured.
Tell us what happens now and what should happen instead. If a half-hour setting solves it, we say so and send no invoice.
In reply we say what we would do, what we would not and what we need from your side. No account access is required at this point.
